The primary mission of this role is to maximize the utilization of test resources (labs and test tracks), balancing complex engineering demands with available operational capacity. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Test Planning:** Develop schedules and manage internal and external capacity constraints. * **Conflict Management:** Lead prioritization forums and negotiate resource allocation across multiple projects. * **Continuous Improvement:** Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and promote digitalization of tools to optimize test lead time. * **External Coordination:** Synchronize prototype logistics and technical deliveries with external partners. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, Production, or related technical fields). * **Languages:** Advanced English (spoken and written) is essential for interaction with international teams and documentation of strategic initiatives. * **Behavioral Competencies:** Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
