Job Summary: Responsible for materials planning, supplier coordination, inventory control, and production support—requiring strong organizational and proactive skills. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on organization, proactivity, and attention to detail. **Responsibilities:** * Plan materials directly with suppliers to ensure production line requirements are met; * Monitor suppliers to guarantee on-time delivery as per schedule; * Adjust planning in case of changes in the production plan; * Monitor delivery deadlines, quantities, and material quality; * Support resolution of delays, shortages, or discrepancies; * Control packaging and material shipments to suppliers; * Conduct inventories and manage inventory levels; * Monitor KPIs; **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering; * Experience in materials/logistics area; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * Familiarity with Totvs (Protheus) system is a plus; **Skills:** * Organization and attention to detail; * Strong communication and supplier relationship management; * Proactivity and sense of urgency; * Ability to work under deadlines and with planning; Work Location: Piracicaba/SP Work Mode: On-site Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Profit-sharing program * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
