Aegea Saneamento is a Brazilian company operating in the basic sanitation sector. It provides water and sewage services, pursuing sustainable solutions for water resource management. **Responsibilities:** Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on centrifugal, submersible, dosing, and self-priming pumps, ensuring full functionality of intake, boosting, and distribution systems. Conduct maintenance on generator sets, including periodic inspections, operational testing, verification of starting systems, oil and fuel levels, batteries, cooling systems, and control panels, guaranteeing availability during emergency situations. Perform maintenance on electrical control and power panels, including component inspection, part replacement, re-tightening, electrical testing, and adjustments to protective devices, contactors, relays, frequency inverters, and soft starters. Diagnose electromechanical failures in operational equipment using electrical and mechanical measuring instruments, interpreting electrical diagrams and technical manuals. Conduct periodic inspections on electric motors, motor-pump assemblies, valves, taps, actuation systems, and other process equipment. Perform lubrication, alignment, balancing, and mechanical adjustments on rotating equipment. Monitor operational parameters and support predictive analysis through vibration, temperature, electrical current, and other technical measurements. Open, register, and track work orders, detailing performed activities, materials used, intervention time, and equipment conditions identified. Prepare technical maintenance reports describing diagnoses, root causes of failures, corrective actions taken, and recommendations for improvement and prevention of future occurrences. Record all interventions in computerized maintenance management systems. Support operational testing after interventions, ensuring system reliability and safety. Strictly comply with occupational safety standards, internal procedures, and industrial maintenance best practices. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure operational continuity and efficiency of basic sanitation systems. Focus on equipment availability, reduction of unplanned downtime, organization of technical information, and continuous improvement of operational processes, ensuring service quality and regularity for the population.
