We are looking for an organized, communicative person with strong interpersonal skills to work as an **HR Assistant**, focusing on the department’s **operational activities**, such as operational interviews, uniform control, PPE distribution, onboarding, and internal marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on position focused on internal support and daily operational routines. **Responsibilities and duties** * Screen resumes and conduct interviews for assigned operational positions; * Support the organization of recruitment processes (in-person and online); * Receive, manage, and organize the uniform inventory; * Select, deliver, and record uniforms for employees; * Select and dispatch PPEs to employees, ensuring proper tracking and documentation; * Support simple internal initiatives, such as campaigns, announcements, and commemorative dates; * Assist in preparing internal materials and notices; * Conduct onboarding and support new employee integration; * Provide in-person or internal-channel support to employees; * Assist with general administrative tasks within the HR department. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Prior experience in HR operational activities (interviews and administrative routines); * Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor for employee interaction; **Desirable:** * Experience managing PPE and uniform distribution; * Experience with onboarding and internal marketing; * Basic knowledge of HR tools (e.g., Gupy, spreadsheets, etc.). **Behavioral competencies** * Organization and attention to detail * Strong communication skills * Courtesy and professional demeanor * Agility * Teamwork * Proactivity in daily routines **Additional information** Salary: **R$2,300.00** Meal allowance: R$31.00 per business day (approx.
