In practice, interns join our **projects** and **technologies**, while simultaneously advancing in areas such as **personal branding**, **emotional intelligence**, **public speaking**, **diversity**, among others. **Learn about our challenge:** Controlling is a strategic area within the organization, responsible for analyzing, consolidating, and ensuring the reliability of financial and operational information. It supports business decision-making directly by generating forecasts, simulations, cost and performance analyses. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct inventories of raw materials and finished products; * Record and organize invoices and departmental documents; * Update operational reports and KPIs; * Support technical project closure (CAPEX); * Perform expense reclassifications across cost centers; * Ensure compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and legal requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting; * Intermediate Excel skills (managing databases, using formulas, pivot tables, and organizing information); basic data analysis and KPI interpretation skills; * Experience or knowledge of SAP or ERP systems; Power BI or other data visualization tools; basic knowledge of managerial accounting, cost accounting, or budgeting. **.** ----- At Klabin, we care for our team with benefits promoting well-being, security, and development.
