Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to lead sourcing, negotiation, and contracting of materials and services; manage suppliers; and support category strategies. We are looking for a **Senior Procurement Analyst** to work in **Piracicaba\-SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Lead sourcing, negotiation, and contracting processes for industrial MRO materials and services; * Conduct comparative analyses (TCO, benchmarking, total cost) to support decision-making; * Manage supplier portfolio and develop new strategic partners; * Prepare and conduct RFPs, RFQs, and competitive bidding processes; * Support the development and execution of category strategies for maintenance materials and industrial utilities; * Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and governance standards; * Manage contracts, monitoring supplier performance and delivery SLAs; * Collaborate with internal departments (maintenance, engineering, operations, planning) to understand requirements; * Identify opportunities for cost reduction, standardization, and operational efficiency; * Monitor departmental KPIs (savings, lead time, supplier performance, etc.). **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Readiness to tackle challenges related to time management, customer service, and consistent delivery; * Attention to detail and process orientation; * Willingness to work onsite in Piracicaba\-SP **Your energy stands out even more if you have these items:** * Experience in procurement; * SAP knowledge; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional steps may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application \- complete this form and any additional data requested, if applicable. * HR Interview \- an informal chat to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion to further explain daily responsibilities and challenges.
