Serving as a reference point for HR policies Position: Compensation Supervisor Company: Confidential / City: Santa Barbara do Oeste Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or related fields. * Hands-on and proactive profile. * Advanced English proficiency is mandatory. * Solid experience in compensation, benefits, and HR policies. * Advanced knowledge of Excel and HR management systems. * Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus. Main Responsibilities: * Building and managing the company's HeadCount. * Developing the annual compensation and benefits planning and budgeting. * Creating and maintaining salary structures and job classification and compensation policies. * Supervising HR and facilities-related projects and innovations, including security, cafeteria, fleet, and expatriates. * Coordinating and supervising activities related to compensation and benefits. * Preparing compensation analyses and tables, market studies, and benchmarks. * Supporting the implementation of strategic compensation processes. * Managing compensation and benefits reports and metrics. * Serving as a reference point for questions and support from departments regarding HR policies. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in the automotive industry. * Experience in job structure and compensation framework review projects. * Knowledge of labor legislation related to compensation.
