




**Job Responsibilities** Lead commercial operations and ensure achievement of targets through management of personnel, processes, and sales systems, ensuring internal and manufacturer standardization, compliance, and operational excellence. **Job Duties** * Lead the team by setting priorities, defining goals and expectations, monitoring execution/results, providing feedback, mediating conflicts, and recognizing best practices * Ensure adherence to sales processes, guaranteeing proper use of CRM, scheduling and cadences, and standardization of prospecting, proposal, negotiation, and closing routines according to manufacturer guidelines * Deliver revenue and margin targets by breaking down objectives, monitoring KPIs and forecasts, and activating recovery plans when necessary * Manage sales operations and systems, supervising invoicing/billing, Direct Sales (DS) orders, and data integrity in CRM, internal systems, and manufacturer platforms * Ensure governance and compliance by executing audit/calibration action plans, performing manager tours where applicable, and validating sales documentation before submission to administrative teams * Orchestrate offers and campaigns by defining proposals aligned with the manufacturer's monthly policies and collaborating with Marketing to activate leads/channels, while monitoring conversion rates and ROI * Champion customer experience quality by monitoring CSI/NPS and complaint resolution, and engaging in key negotiations to improve conversion with profitability * Manage products, inventory, and assets, including evaluation/pricing of used vehicles, receiving verification, stock counts, and control of test-drive fleet (availability and condition) * Coordinate logistics and deliveries, redistributing vehicles between units when needed and ensuring smooth deliveries with proactive communication * Oversee associated services and contracts, ensuring proper issuance of service package agreements * Interface with partner departments (Marketing, Administrative/Finance, After-Sales, and HR) to support goal achievement, campaigns, document processing, and team training.
