Job Summary: The professional will act as a strategic HR consultant, supporting corporate departments in organizational design, performance management, development, and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Support to leaders in performance management and succession planning **Date:** Mar 9, 2026 **Location:** BOITUVA, SP, BR **Company:** Grupo Petrópolis **Main Responsibilities** * Act as a strategic consultant to corporate departments. * Analyze job structure and workforce composition to support organizational design. * Guide mobility processes (promotions, merit-based adjustments, position classification, transfers) and support remuneration decisions. * Lead or support recruitment processes, especially for strategic positions. * Support leaders in performance management, career development, succession planning, and IDPs (Individual Development Plans). * Conduct training needs assessments, support educational programs, and map competencies. * Monitor HR metrics and propose continuous improvement initiatives. * Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and labor legislation. * Act as a multiplier of organizational culture and values. **Requirements** * Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. * Solid experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within corporate environments or large-scale enterprises. * Strong knowledge of HR subsystems. * Experience in organizational design, development, succession planning, compensation, and strategic recruitment. * Strong analytical capability, business acumen, and consulting orientation. * Proficiency in HR management tools and metrics.
