




Job Summary: A Cluster Leader strategically manages stores, ensuring operational discipline, financial performance, and team development, acting as the liaison between store units and corporate management. Currently operating over 800 stores across Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Argentina—and continuing to expand! The Cluster Leader is responsible for the strategic, operational, administrative, and people management of a group of stores under their supervision, ensuring standardization, operational discipline, financial performance, leadership development, and team stability. They serve as the direct liaison between store units and corporate management, representing the company’s strategy in the field. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and develop store leadership teams and staff within the cluster, contributing to reduced turnover and strengthened culture; * Lead recruitment processes in partnership with HR and support supervisor development; * Ensure aligned communication between stores and corporate departments, promoting best practices; * Monitor and ensure performance against people, commercial, financial, and process KPIs; * Track results via reports, KPIs, and on-site visits, implementing action plans; * Ensure operational standardization and continuous process improvement; * Conduct audits and monitor compliance with established standards; * Manage assets, inventory, maintenance, and administrative controls across units; * Prepare reports and support data-driven decision-making; * **Work Location:** **Piracicaba, Limeira, and Engenheiro Coelho.** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Engineering, Business Process Management, or related fields; * Proven experience in operations management, regional management, multi-unit management, and team leadership; * Valid driver’s license; * Experience working with KPIs, targets, action plans, and performance management; * Experience in franchising, retail, equipment rental, civil construction, or structured operations (preferred); * Proficiency in computer applications, administrative and financial management, and management tools/KPIs; * Basic knowledge of labor legislation and occupational safety regulations (NRs); * Familiarity with civil construction machinery and equipment (preferred); * Mature leadership profile, clear communication skills, sense of urgency, and data-driven focus; * Strong decision-making ability, conflict management, negotiation skills, and adaptability to high-pressure environments; * Willingness to travel.
