SENIOR HSE ANALYST

### **Job Objective** Monitor, analyze, and manage HSE and Occupational Safety indicators to support strategic decision-making within the area through data consolidation, preparation of management reports, and development of initiatives focused on safety, occupational health, and environmental protection. ### **Responsibilities** * Monitor and analyze HSE and Occupational Safety indicators, preparing dashboards, management reports, and executive presentations; * Consolidate data related to accidents, incidents, deviations, audits, inspections, and corrective actions; * Track departmental performance indicators and propose continuous process improvements; * Support management in developing preventive and corrective action plans related to safety and environmental matters; * Conduct critical analysis of statistical data and trends related to safety, occupational health, and environmental protection; * Ensure timely updates and reliability of information in corporate systems; * Support internal and external audits related to HSE and Occupational Safety regulations; * Develop controls, indicators, and tools for process automation and optimization; * Prepare presentations and follow-up materials for management meetings; * Collaborate with operations teams to promote safety culture, prevention, and compliance; * Monitor action plans arising from accident investigations and operational deviations. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Administration, Logistics, Statistics, or related fields; * Prior experience in indicator analysis and data management; * Knowledge of HSE and Occupational Safety indicators; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools; * Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret statistical data; * Familiarity with management systems and operational controls; * Basic knowledge of Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs). ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of SAP, TOTVS, or similar systems; * Experience managing corporate safety indicators. ### **Competencies** * Analytical mindset; * Organization and attention to detail; * Clear and concise communication; * Proactivity and critical thinking; * Ability to handle multiple indicators and deadlines; * Teamwork and decision-support capability; * Focus on prevention and continuous improvement. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Allowance, Transportation Allowance, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, TotalPass, Life Insurance ### **Department:** Administrative
