Development and implementation of strategic and budgetary planning An HR consulting firm seeks a Controller professional in Piracicaba (Center). **Responsibilities:** Serve as the executive leadership's right-hand partner, directly responsible for elevating the company's corporate governance standards and operational efficiency. Engage in both strategic and operational activities, linking the entire business chain—from field cost structure through to product commercialization and/or export—ensuring financial sustainability, control, and value creation. Lead, in an integrated manner, the areas of Controllership, Accounting, Tax, Cost, Billing, Finance, Treasury, and Procurement. Establish and strengthen corporate governance practices, internal controls, and compliance frameworks. Develop and implement strategic planning, annual budgeting (Budget), forecasting, and long-term projections. Manage and optimize the cost structure with a focus on profitability (especially within the agribusiness/sugar-alcohol sector). Act decisively in tax management (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, ST), ensuring fiscal compliance and efficiency. Supervise preparation, review, and consolidation of financial statements and executive reports. Ensure timely fulfillment of all ancillary obligations and compliance with accounting and tax regulations. Conduct performance analyses (actual vs. budget), cash flow, contribution margin, and key financial indicators. Coordinate accounting reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial information. Lead ERP system implementation and improvement projects, as well as management tools (accounting, tax, inventory, etc.). Develop managerial dashboards (Power BI) and executive presentations for senior management and the board. Act as a strategic business partner, supporting data-driven and financially grounded decision-making. Manage, develop, and engage multidisciplinary teams, fostering a high-performance culture. Previous experience as Financial Analyst, Controller Manager, Budget Coordinator, or Finance Specialist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor’s degree required.
