Supervise cashier routines, including opening, closing, cash transfers, and credit accounts. Lead, train, and develop the sales, cashier, and inventory teams. Manage work schedules, shifts, and time off. Ensure store visual merchandising standards and organization. Monitor receiving, inspection, storage, and inventory turnover. Participate in stocktaking and merchandise control. Report customer feedback to production and design departments. Ensure consultative service, after-sales support, and customer loyalty. Maintain store cleanliness, preservation, and security. Previous experience as Sales Supervisor, Store Coordinator, Sales Manager, or Sales Team Leader may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
