Implement continuous improvements to optimize performance Grupo Seres, in partnership with Guardian do Brasil – Tatuí, is seeking a professional for the maintenance area. **Requirements:** Completed technical education in Electrotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or Electromechanics. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Carry out comprehensive maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance of unit equipment, leveraging electrical technical knowledge to ensure installations and equipment remain functional, efficient, and compliant with established procedures. * Perform preventive maintenance according to the monthly scheduling spreadsheet and corrective maintenance as required by production needs, ensuring proper equipment operation. * Participate in analyzing and solving problems and improving production processes, installations, and utilities using professional technical knowledge. * Implement continuous improvements to equipment to enhance performance and maintainability. * Supervise maintenance services performed by third-party service providers at the unit. * Inform Process Engineering and Quality departments of any equipment modifications or requirements to ensure process integrity. * Refine the preventive maintenance plan collaboratively with the maintenance team to sustain a dynamic and up-to-date system aligned with operational needs. * Accurately complete all documentation related to the role, such as work orders and system entries. * Strive for total satisfaction of internal and external maintenance customers through excellent technical workmanship. * Optimize corrective maintenance time through analysis of robot programs, PLCs, and frequency inverters. Knowledge and experience focused on electrical maintenance, automation, and electronics. **Required Knowledge:** Familiarity with TPM; knowledge of Frequency Inverters, Siemens S7 PLCs, Rockwell ControlLogix 5000, FANUC robots. **Work Schedule:** Full availability for shift rotation is required. **Location:** Tatuí/SP **Other Requirements:** Resident of Tatuí/SP is mandatory; English proficiency is considered an advantage; Experience in the glass industry is an advantage; Knowledge of DeviceNet and ProfiNet networks is desirable.
