




Job Summary: The Operational Assistant ensures accuracy, organization, and traceability of materials and meters, facilitating operational and technical processes with essential support. Provide essential support for equipment maintenance and inspection The Operational Assistant is tasked with ensuring the accuracy, organization, and traceability of materials and meters, facilitating operational and technical processes, guaranteeing information quality, efficient logistics, and essential support for equipment maintenance and inspection. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Material verification; * Material registration in the system; * Warehouse organization; * Invoice verification; * Receipt and verification of invoice quantities against received batches; * Consultation and validation of meter information in the DBO database; * Barcode scanning in the 3C system to identify errors and generate labels; * Communication with customers regarding received meters to schedule inspections; * Verification and separation of meters according to scheduled inspections; * Identification and organization of electromechanical and electronic meters; * Meter registration in spreadsheets to build the database; * Photographic registration of meters for digital consultation; * Organization of meters on pallets in the warehouse to facilitate technical testing; * Meter verification checklist according to inspection requirements; * Daily update of the DME database with received meters; * Packing and system write-off for storage until return; * Logistics control for new scheduling and separation for photographic registration; * Management of the scrapping process, verifying return control; * Management of meter seals and new sets; * Pre-assembly of the CS, replacing damaged cables and modules for reuse. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Driver’s License Category B (Mandatory); * Basic computer skills; * Microsoft Office (basic); **Soft Skills (Behavioral Skills)** Agility, commitment, discipline, communication, concentration, availability, interpersonal relationships, teamwork, and organization. **Additional Information** **What We Offer?** To care for your health, we offer Health Insurance (extendable to legal dependents), Dental Insurance, Telemedicine, and Life Insurance; Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance—you choose!
