Carry out process and quality audits at supplier sites, identifying risks, deviations, and opportunities for improvement. Support suppliers in developing robust production processes, ensuring compliance with internal and customer requirements (automotive, agricultural, industrial, etc.). Monitor supplier performance indicators (PPM, OTD, quality, production capacity, and crisis response). Participate in the analysis and approval of initial samples (PPAP, IMDS, APQP), ensuring technical and engineering requirements are met. Follow up on supplier action plans (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys), ensuring effectiveness of corrective and preventive measures. Support the qualification of new materials and engineering changes related to wiring harness components. Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies within the supply chain, promoting cost reduction, improved quality, and supply stability. Collaborate with internal teams (Quality, Processes, Purchasing, Product Engineering, and PPCP) to solve problems and develop new projects. Conduct technical visits to validate production capacity, special processes, and specific requirements of the electrical harness sector. Prepare detailed technical reports, qualification assessments, and supplier development documentation. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Production, Automotive, or related fields; English proficiency. Experience with quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
