An environmental services company seeks a Logistical Operations Coordinator in Piracicaba. **Responsibilities:** Lead shift supervisors and teams, organize work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure operational discipline. Coordinate internal movement, transportation, and supply, ensuring continuous material flow and adherence to the production plan. Monitor availability and maintenance of heavy fleet equipment, including wheel loaders, excavators with specialized attachments, off-road trucks, and knuckle-boom cranes. Ensure strict compliance with regulations, conduct risk analyses, supervise work permits, and reinforce a preventive safety culture. Manage KPIs, productivity targets, and lead Lean/PDCA initiatives for process optimization. Previous experience as Logistics Manager, Logistics Supervisor, Operations Analyst, or Transportation Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
