Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Analyst to analyze and monitor customer billing and supplier payments related to the freight rate table. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and monitoring of freight charges and payments. 2. Development of action plans for recurring deviations. 3. Preparation of reports and indicators for management/coordinators. Description: We are seeking a Logistics Analyst responsible for analyzing and monitoring customer billing and supplier payments related to the freight rate table. Responsibilities and Duties * Analysis of the freight rate table and supplier payments (12 customers); * Analysis of the freight rate table and customer billing (13 customers); * Development of action plans for recurring deviations; * Preparation of reports/KPIs for presentation to management/coordinators; * Monitoring and handling of overdue customer payments (Overdue). Requirements and Qualifications * Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields * Experience in administrative logistics departments, payment analysis, and/or billing * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 2511070202301635980
