Interface with customers and operations and strategy teams GLOVIS BRAZIL LOGISTICS | Piracicaba | SP | On-site Job Description We are looking for a Control Tower Coordinator to implement the team and processes of this department, focusing on operational indicator control and customer interface. Responsibilities and Duties * **Operational logistics KPI management** (OTD, OTIF, T/T, ETA, etc.) and ensuring full performance visibility. Deliver visibility according to each GBL operational need and translate between exceptions, visibility, or insights. Be responsible for management, deliverables, and team support. * **Responsible for stabilizing and operating the platform** (tracking and analytics) to meet 100% of external and internal customer requirements and response needs. Develop the monitoring platform (Tracking), KPI fluctuation analysis, and emergency responses. Deliver continuous platform development, operational support, and customer support with up-to-date information. * **Interface with customers and operations and strategy teams**. Ensure that 100% of indicators are developed according to customer needs and translated into non-technical language. Manage communication with all stakeholders and provide reports and insights to mitigate any communication gaps. Ensure clear situational awareness (SIT), exception handling (EXC), and performance understanding (PER). * **Communication** with internal managers and customers (as required). Ensure clear communication within the team and across departments. Closure reports, emergency reports, and other management reports. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Data Analysis, or related fields * Intermediate English * Advanced Excel * Power BI knowledge * Experience in KPI development, reporting, data analysis, and/or business intelligence * Prior experience managing a control tower team Desirable Requirements Advanced English Salary Range To be determined Employment Type CLT Benefits Medical insurance; Dental insurance; Life insurance; Meal allowance; On-site meal or meal voucher (depending on location); Transportation allowance or shuttle service (depending on location); Profit-sharing program (PLR), among others.
