WE shorten learning distances so people can GROW and take PRIDE in their journey in AGRO. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Job Mission** Generate business for AgroAdvance through consultative sales of international and domestic immersion programs for agribusiness companies, building relationships with decision-makers, structuring proposals aligned with client needs, and ensuring a high-value experience from start to finish of the customer journey. **Main Responsibilities** * Prospect agribusiness companies with potential to participate in international immersions. * Develop relationships with decision-makers and influencers, especially managers and directors in commercial, marketing, market development, business, and leadership departments. * Conduct commercial meetings, executive presentations, and develop consultative proposals. * Understand each client’s strategic challenges and translate them into immersion solutions with perceived value. * Manage the sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing. * Negotiate corporate programs, quotas, closed groups, and customized projects. * Support commercial campaigns, marketing initiatives, and relationship-building programs aimed at demand generation. * Collaborate with marketing, content, operations, and leadership teams to strengthen the commercial proposition. * Represent AgroAdvance in meetings, events, visits, and strategic agendas with clients. * Accompany groups and clients on select international immersions, reinforcing relationships, experience, and future opportunities. * Identify opportunities for repeat business, repurchase, and account expansion. * Generate market intelligence on agribusiness sector demands, trends, and opportunities related to executive and international experiences. **Required Knowledge:** * Experience in B2B sales and corporate relationship management. * Understanding of corporate marketing, campaigns, and engagement programs. * Knowledge of the agribusiness sector and its commercial dynamics. * Familiarity with agribusiness decision-makers, particularly in commercial, marketing, and leadership roles. * Knowledge of corporate experiences, executive events, executive education, technical missions, or international programs. * Ability to discuss business, talent development, innovation, and strategy with agribusiness clients. * Ability to engage with C-level executives (directors, partners, and presidents of agribusiness companies). * Skill in leading strategic conversations about business development, innovation, market positioning, and competitive differentiation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agribusiness, International Relations, Communications, Business, or related fields. * Prior experience in B2B sales, marketing, business development, strategic account management, or consultative commercial roles. * Experience negotiating with companies and executives. * Knowledge or experience in the agribusiness sector. * **Fluent English.** * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally. * Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, CRM systems, and commercial productivity tools. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Advanced or fluent Spanish. * Experience selling corporate programs, executive education, events, technical missions, or premium experiences. * Prior experience in marketing, trade marketing, relationship management, or market development. * Professional network in the agribusiness sector. * International experience. * Experience leading executive groups at events or on trips. **Ideal Profile:** We seek a highly commercial professional with strong corporate presence and the ability to sell high-value-added solutions to agribusiness companies.
