Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Analyst responsible for analyzing and monitoring customer billing and supplier payments related to the freight rate table. Key Highlights: 1. Freight charge and payment analysis and monitoring 2. Development of action plans for recurring deviations 3. Preparation of reports/indicators for management/coordinators Description: We are seeking a Logistics Analyst; this position is responsible for analyzing and monitoring customer billing and supplier payments related to the freight rate table. Responsibilities and Duties * Analysis of the freight rate table and supplier payments (12 customers); * Analysis of the freight rate table and customer billing (13 customers); * Development of action plans for recurring deviations; * Preparation of reports/indicators for presentation to management/coordinators; * Monitoring and handling of overdue customer payments (Overdue). Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields * Experience in administrative logistics sectors, payment analysis and/or billing * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 2512180202551635980
