Job Description: We are seeking a Control Tower Coordinator to implement the team and processes for this department, with a focus on monitoring operational performance indicators and interfacing with customers. Responsibilities and Duties * Manage operational logistics KPIs (OTD, OTIF, T/T, ETA, etc.) and ensure full visibility of performance. Deliver visibility aligned with each GBL operational requirement and translate between exceptions, visibility, and insights. Be responsible for managing, delivering, and supporting the team. * Responsible for stabilizing and operating the platform (tracking and analytics) to fully meet all requirements and respond to external and internal customer demands. Develop the monitoring platform (Tracking), KPI fluctuation analysis, and responses to emergencies. Continuously enhance the platform, provide operational support, and deliver updated information to customers. * Interface with customers and with operations and strategy teams. Ensure that 100% of KPIs are developed according to customer requirements and translated into non-technical language. Manage communication with all stakeholders and provide reports and insights to mitigate any communication gaps. Ensure clear situational awareness (SIT), exception handling (EXC), and performance understanding (PER). * Communicate with internal managers and customers (as required). Ensure clear communication with the team and other departments. Prepare closure reports, emergency reports, and other management reports. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Data Analysis, or related fields * Intermediate English proficiency * Advanced Excel skills * Power BI knowledge * Experience in developing KPIs, reports, data analysis, and/or business intelligence * Prior experience managing a control tower team 2512030202191898321
