**Key Responsibilities** Lead the company's cultural and structural evolution, acting as a direct Business Partner (BP) to the CEO and Advisory Board, serving as a transformation agent responsible for dismantling historical silos and centralizations, under a unified vision aligning culture and human development with new objectives of innovation, governance, and ESG.
