




Description: About the position:* Work as a Production Operator in a bakery, participating in all stages of the production process to ensure quality and efficiency in the manufacturing of bakery products. Main responsibilities:* Prepare and operate machines and equipment used in the production of bread, cakes, and other bakery products. * Monitor the quality of ingredients and products throughout the production process. * Weigh, mix, and shape doughs according to established standards. * Monitor equipment operation, performing adjustments and minor maintenance as needed. * Strictly comply with hygiene, safety, and good manufacturing practices. * Assist in cleaning and organizing the work area at the end of the shift. Mandatory requirements:* Completed high school education. * Prior experience as a production operator, preferably in bakeries or food industries. * Basic knowledge of operating industrial machinery and equipment. * Availability to work shifts and weekends, if required. * Commitment to safety and quality standards.
