Job Summary: This professional will act as an intermediary between companies, plan and manage team routines, control documentation and materials, and supervise cleaning processes—with a focus on deviations and reporting. Leadership and team management The role involves mediating between the contracting company and the contracted company; planning, developing, updating, and adapting daily work flows and routines for the team; preparing work schedules; managing logistics and controlling all employee documentation, as well as uniforms, PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment), collective protective equipment, materials, and equipment used in service delivery; submitting monthly closing reports; guiding employees on proper equipment usage and identifying basic technical failures; recording emergency service calls. Additionally, the professional will monitor cleaning processes and identify deviations; respond to requests from the contracting party; control inventory flow and ensure minimum staffing levels as well as minimum availability of materials, products, machines, and equipment; submit frequent reports on service execution, issues encountered, and corrective actions taken to address deviations. **The following minimum requirements must be verified:** Completed high school education; Prior work experience documented in the Work and Social Security Record (CTPS) as Supervisor, Foreman, or Team Leader in conservation and cleaning; Certificate of completion for cleaning and conservation techniques training; Certificate of completion for Microsoft Office training; Certification in floor treatment with certificate; Certification in carpet and upholstery cleaning with certificate; Certification in glass cleaning with certificate; Certification in leadership and team management with certificate; Completion and approval of all mandatory occupational medical examinations; Training certification for operating cleaning equipment and performing basic maintenance tasks—including replacement of rubber parts, brushes, discs, etc.—issued by the respective equipment supplier.
