It provides customized solutions to meet companies’ human resources needs. **Responsibilities:** Operate machine tools—including mechanical lathes, milling machines, and grinders—to manufacture metal parts according to technical specifications. Interpret technical drawings and work plans to determine required operations for part manufacturing. Select appropriate tools and materials for each job, considering the type of metal to be processed and required dimensional tolerances. Perform measurements and inspections on manufactured parts to ensure quality and accuracy. Carry out adjustments and maintenance on machine tools to ensure proper operation. Work in compliance with safety standards and company operational procedures. Previous experience as a Lathe Operator, Precision Mechanic, Mechanical Fitter, or CNC Lathe Programmer may indicate suitability for some of the activities associated with this position. High school diploma required.
