Job Summary: Responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment, ensuring efficient, safe, and quality-standard-compliant processes. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in training sessions and update meetings Responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment, ensuring that processes are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with the company's established quality standards. Responsibilities and Tasks: \- Operate and feed production machinery and equipment (laser, press brake, guillotine, polycut, etc.) following operation instructions and safety regulations. \- Monitor machine operation and perform preventive maintenance as required, according to the machine maintenance log, to ensure product quality. \- Configure machines according to specifications of the product to be manufactured. \- Record production data—such as quantities produced, operating time, and any stoppages—in daily reports. \- Collaborate with the production team to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency. \- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and hygiene regulations. \- Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on new processes and equipment. Qualification Requirements: \- Education: Completed high school. Technical courses in mechanics, electromechanics, or related fields are an advantage. \- Experience: Prior experience as a machine operator in industrial or production environments is desirable. \- Knowledge of operating specific machinery (e.g., lathes, milling machines, presses, etc.). \- Ability to follow technical instructions, read and interpret drawings and operation manuals. \- Capability to perform precise measurements and adjustments.
