The candidate will be responsible for ensuring process efficiency, document organization, and support for internal routines. Responsibilities and Duties * Provide operational support to Big3 (rental company) activities. * Organize, classify, and manage invoices and financial documents. * Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and standardization. * Support the team with daily administrative and operational tasks. Requirements and Qualifications * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and proactivity. * Intermediate Excel proficiency (spreadsheet creation and maintenance). * Aptitude for handling administrative routines. Desired Qualifications * Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics or related fields (e.g., Business Administration, International Trade, Business Management, Management Processes, etc.). * Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge (data organization, spreadsheet creation and updating). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong prioritization ability. * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Ability to handle administrative and operational routines.
