Commitment to quality, safety, and productivity **Responsibilities:** * Monitor the production process and control injection parameters; * Conduct visual and dimensional inspections on injection-molded parts to identify defects such as flash, short shots, or deformations, and ensure compliance with specifications; * Complete production forms and records, including information on cycle times, scrap, and machine downtime; * Assist in cleaning and organizing the work area; * Adhere to company safety regulations, including mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Commitment to quality, safety, and productivity. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience as an Injection Molding Machine Operator (plastic or similar); * Training course in Injection Molding Machine Operation; * Experience in the plastic manufacturing industry; * Basic knowledge of injection molding adjustment and processes; * Ability to work effectively in a team and learn quickly.
