Legal Services Analyst - Mid Level

We are looking for a Legal Services Analyst - Mid Level to work in **Piracicaba-SP.** **Responsibilities and duties** We are seeking a professional with an analytical, organized profile focused on operational efficiency to support the company's legal routines. **WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL BE LIKE:** * Monitor and manage procedural deadlines; * Analyze documents and judicial processes; * Support legal closure (loss forecast—probable, possible, and remote); * Collaborate in the implementation of systems and technological tools to optimize and automate processes; * Prepare and analyze performance indicator reports, generating insights and recommendations for continuous improvement; * Ensure effective communication with internal and external legal teams, providing administrative support when necessary; * Participate in and coordinate walkthrough schedules with internal and external audits; * Work with SOX controls and CCPs. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed Bachelor's degree; * Previous experience in legal controlling or legal administrative routines; * Analytical skills for interpretation of legal documents and processes; * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines; * Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); * Knowledge and experience with internal controls (SOX and CCPs); * Experience in preparing and analyzing performance reports and indicators; * Familiarity with legal management systems (e.g.: Elaw); * Comfort with process automation and digitization tools; **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes 3 main stages (there may be others, and you will be informed if you progress): * Application—completion of this form and additional data if necessary. * HR Interview—a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical conversation to further discuss day-to-day activities and challenges.
