We look forward to hearing from you! **Responsibilities and Duties** – Conduct technical analysis of data obtained from motorcycle road tests, evaluating performance, safety, and reliability; – Support the responsible engineer in maintaining and diagnosing combustion, electrical, and electronic fuel injection systems; – Analyze after-sales data to identify recurring failures and propose solutions to improve systems and components; – Perform technical studies and diagnostics on internal combustion engines, ensuring proper operation and compliance with standards; – Contribute to research and development activities by applying simulation and modeling software (CAE/FEA) for structural component design projects; – Support the development and enhancement of new motorcycle models by providing technical suggestions based on field and laboratory analyses; – Participate in the analysis and implementation of manufacturing process improvements aimed at efficiency and quality; – Support the preparation, updating, and revision of technical documentation (electrical schematics, technical bulletins, service manuals, and parts catalogs); – Maintain constant interface with the Quality department for immediate failure analysis and corrective action implementation; – Support the development of preventive and corrective maintenance plans, aiming to reduce after-sales costs and increase product reliability; – Contribute to internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards and established processes; – Comply with safety regulations and properly use PPE, maintaining workplace organization; – Perform other related activities within your area of expertise. **Requirements and Qualifications** – Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields; – Knowledge of internal combustion engines, electronic fuel injection systems, and vehicle electrical and electronic systems; – Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality, and continuous improvement; – Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel for data analysis; – Analytical mindset, organized, detail-oriented, with strong teamwork skills and ability to interface effectively across different departments.
