




Job Summary: An administrative support professional to handle invoice management, order tracking, and document organization within the engineering department. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative support in invoice and document management 2. Support to the engineering team 3. Organization and control of materials and contracts **Responsibilities:** * Assist in controlling and managing invoices related to construction projects and services; * Perform inspection of received materials and incoming documents; * Support tracking of orders and contracts within the department; * Assist in preparing and updating control reports and spreadsheets; * Organize and archive technical and administrative documents; * Provide day-to-day administrative support to the engineering team. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in administrative routines (preferably in engineering, civil construction, or related fields); * Experience in invoice management and material inspection; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively; **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7 AM to 5 PM; Friday: 7 AM to 4 PM
