The selected intern will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, learning and contributing to the continuous maintenance and optimization of our ERP. Prior programming knowledge is not required, but genuine interest in systems analysis, problem solving, and technical support is essential. This is an ideal opportunity for students pursuing degrees such as Systems Analysis and Development (ADS), Information Technology (IT), Data Science (DS), or Computer Engineering who wish to apply their knowledge in a real-world and dynamic context. **Main Responsibilities:** Provide technical support to users, identifying and resolving system-related incidents. Collaborate with the development team to identify software improvements and adjustments. Document technical procedures and solutions to facilitate ongoing support. Contribute to maintaining data integrity and security through sound information management practices. Working Hours: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
