Provide support to employees **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are looking for a dedicated and communicative professional to support the Human Resources department’s activities, contributing to the organization, selection, and development of personnel. This person will be responsible for assisting in selection processes, providing support to employees, and ensuring compliance with the company’s internal policies. **Main Responsibilities:** --------------------------------- * Provide employees with information regarding work routines and internal procedures; * Support recruitment and selection processes, including resume screening, contacting candidates, and participating in group dynamics; * Issue evaluations of candidates and assist in defining candidate profiles; * Organize the employee roster, including staff replacements and team expansions; * Record working hours using an electronic timekeeping system; * Provide administrative and operational support to the department. **Requirements and Qualifications:** ------------------------------- * Prior experience in the Human Resources field; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Strong communication skills and ease in interacting with people; * Attention to detail and discipline; * Agility in performing manual tasks; * Attendance, punctuality, and teamwork spirit; * Organization, responsibility, and willingness to learn. * Completed Bachelor’s degree
