




Job Summary: An HR professional to lead recruitment, onboarding, personnel management, payroll processing, and support operational leaders—ensuring compliance and monitoring HR metrics. Manage time tracking, vacation scheduling, and hour bank * Conduct recruitment and selection processes (operational and administrative) * Carry out onboarding, employee integration, and orientation * Support offboarding procedures in accordance with internal guidelines * Manage time tracking, vacation scheduling, absenteeism, and hour bank * Liaise with the Personnel Department and payroll team * Support benefits administration (transportation allowance, meal voucher, health insurance, etc.) * Monitor HR metrics (turnover, headcount, learning curve) * Support internal and external audits * Ensure compliance with CLT legislation and internal policies * Support operational leaders on strategic people-related matters * Maintain and update internal systems.
