Job Summary: Professional responsible for general maintenance of the Feed Factory, including electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and building-related activities. Key Highlights: 1. Performs work at heights and welding and painting services We are looking for a **Maintenance Assistant** who will be responsible for general maintenance of the Feed Factory in Tietê: **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * Plan and perform electrical, hydraulic, carpentry, and machine and equipment maintenance services—both energized and de-energized—within the cooperative premises, as required and per management guidance. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment, including part replacement, gear adjustment, lubrication, installation and testing of low-complexity apparatuses, as scheduled in the maintenance plan or as needed and per management guidance. * Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance while complying with current safety regulations to ensure machines, equipment, motors, control panels, electrical networks, and installations remain in optimal working condition. * Adjust and regulate elevators, as well as maintain their electrical components. * Perform work at heights for roof, gutter, façade, and interior conservation and restoration; building repairs and renovations; light bulb replacements; and other related tasks. * Use appropriate tools and equipment for each activity—including work at heights—and wear legally mandated safety accessories. * Perform wall, floor, door, gate, and equipment painting using rollers and brushes with water-based paints. * Perform welding services occasionally.
