**Position: RHK450\_Salesperson\- Photovoltaic Energy** **Contract: Freelancer/On-site** **Location: Boituva / SP** **Schedule: Saturday from 11am to 8pm and Sunday from 2pm to 6pm.** **Compensation: BRL 200.00 \+ commission (commission structure will be explained during the interview with the employer)** **Requirements:** Education: High School Mandatory: Must reside in Boituva Desirable: Previous experience in consultative sales, preferably in the energy, construction, or technology sectors. **Mission:** Engage in prospecting, customer service, and closing sales of solar energy solutions, offering customized projects that meet customers' needs for savings, sustainability, and energy efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Approach customers walking through the mall, clearly and attractively presenting solar energy solutions; Provide in-person service at the booth, answering questions about the operation, benefits, and costs of photovoltaic energy; Identify potential customers and collect information for registration and follow\-up; Present savings and investment return simulations (using internal systems or spreadsheets provided by the company); Fill out forms, registrations, and forward data to the department responsible for preparing proposals; Maintain organization and good presentation of the booth (promotional materials, tablets, brochures, and displays); Promote the company's promotions, campaigns, and special offers; Assist in brand promotion during events and promotional activities at the mall; Follow up with interested customers until sale closure, maintaining contact via phone, WhatsApp, or e\-mail; Meet company-established targets for customer approaches, registrations, and sales. **Knowledge and Skills:** Knowledge: Sales and negotiation techniques; Basic understanding of photovoltaic solar energy (desirable); Basic computer skills (Office suite and CRM).
