Air Conditioning Technician **Install, perform preventive and corrective maintenance** on split-type, VRF, self-contained, chiller, fan coil, and similar air conditioning systems. **Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures** in equipment and propose appropriate technical solutions. **Perform cleaning and sanitization** of filters, coils, ducts, drain pans, and drains, ensuring optimal performance and air quality. **Carry out refrigerant gas recharging**, leak detection and repair, complying with environmental and safety regulations. **Conduct electrical and pressure measurements** using appropriate instruments (multimeter, manometer, vacuum gauge, etc.). **Replace components**, such as compressors, motors, capacitors, electronic boards, fans, valves, and sensors. **Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics**, ensuring accurate service execution. **Prepare technical maintenance reports**, detailing equipment conditions and services performed. **Supervise assistants and apprentices**, assigning tasks and monitoring service execution. **Comply with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations**, correctly using PPE and ensuring proper disposal of waste and gases. **Provide customer service**, explaining performed services and advising on proper equipment usage.
