The production engineer serves as a strategic link among technology, reservoir, operations, and management, ensuring energy resources are explored responsibly and in compliance with regulatory standards. * Monitor and manage production operations, ensuring implementation of appropriate processes and procedures. * Use and promote strategies to meet consumer requirements. * Develop and implement plans for production optimization and well performance improvement interventions. * Analyze and interpret operational, reservoir, geological, petrophysical, well, and integrated asset-wide large-scale data sets to identify improvement opportunities. * Design and implement advanced systems and processes to increase production efficiency and potential, and conduct flow assurance analysis. * Provide technical support to operations and reservoir teams regarding well and production optimization, production surveillance, lifting, and flow assurance. * Enhancement of Digital Tools and Application of Artificial Intelligence for diagnostics, well and production optimization. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. * Prepare periodic performance reports and propose adjustments to maximize monetization and reserve utilization. * Develop and implement best practices and innovations in the E\&P area. * Actively interact with E\&P professionals, support departments, and regulatory bodies to identify alternatives for optimizing production and equipment involved in extraction. * Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives, development of tools for project and portfolio monitoring; * Coordinate with reservoir/exploration areas to monitor and execute the field development plan and production management, ensuring project progress; * Contribute to achieving project goals and identifying resources, processes, stakeholders, and associated risks; * Facilitate project visibility and coordination with internal and external stakeholders; * Use software and other tools to perform analyses and assessments related to decision quality and project development; * Use internal and external resources for project assessment. * Measure production performance using appropriate tools and techniques; * Collaborate with risk management in developing action plans; * Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and procedures; **To apply, you must have:** * Degree or specialization in Oil and Gas Engineering (bachelor’s or master’s degree). * Experience with oil and reservoir engineering software. * Proficiency in modern extraction techniques and equipment. * In-depth knowledge of production and operations processes. * Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental standards. * Analytical ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
