Join us!** **Responsibilities and Job Tasks** **Requirements** **Qualifications** * Education: Technology / Engineering in Electrical field or related areas (electronics, telecommunications, electrical engineering, automation); * Experience applying EMS strategies for Brazilian applications, PROCONVE L8 and subsequent regulations; * Experience in vehicle homologation for emissions; * Experience with Brazilian vehicle emission regulations; * Experience with development tools (ETAS, Vector, etc...); * Advanced English; * Responsibility; * Critical thinking; * Good communication skills; * Logical reasoning with numbers; * Reading and interpretation of basic measurement equipment; **Job Summary** Develop electronic engine injection calibration systems (EMS) under CLIENT responsibility, whether for local or international clients/manufacturers, involving the definition and capture of client requirements to be transferred to other teams involved in the project, assessment of applicable standards and regulations, developing and defining the best software and hardware, and ensuring the robustness and validation of the proposed system, aiming to implement flawless production systems that comply with applicable legislation and follow the development methodology and best practices established by the organization. **Activities** * Minimize spending needs through optimization of available resources and seek cheaper solutions whenever possible; * Submit accurate reports on time, organize and plan work activities; * Communicate information effectively and clearly (meetings, Outlook, presentations, etc); * Demonstrate proactive attitude and teamwork skills; * Contribute to maintaining the integrity and organization of CLIENT Powertrain information and databases, respecting information categorization and handling procedures; * Contribute to developing and maintaining activities with necessary ethics; * Comply with CLIENT policies and procedures; * Strictly follow procedures and best practices (e.g.: Systems Common Process, etc.) in all activities related to projects under your responsibility; generate, release and update documentation according to project timing definitions; * Follow design standards, guidelines and best practices; * Support initiatives for warranty improvement, cost reduction and quality; * Exceed customer engineering satisfaction by providing excellent support, commitment and expected results; * Focus on customer satisfaction and achievement of annual business objectives set for the CLIENT; * Contribute to improving the skills and knowledge of the CLIENT engineering team in Brazil; **Main Responsibilities** * Engine calibration development on dynamometer and vehicle. * Planning of calibration development activities. * Support release-related activities. * Support Test Trips for ongoing projects. * Support teams in updating Calibration Guidelines (or SRDs). * Comply with regulations regarding vehicle pollutant emissions. * Support the Client in vehicle homologation. * Maintain good relationships with teams involved in development, seeking to exchange information and experiences from similar projects. * Actively participate in all technical discussions/meetings with clients and commercial teams for projects under your responsibility, capturing directions and decisions in respective documentation and reporting critical items to management/supervision. * Participate in and convene SCR design reviews; perform necessary calibration-related verifications as soon as implementations are available (pre-delivery systems checkout, etc.). * Generate and update all calibration documentation for projects under your responsibility. * Collaborate in the development of software strategies and calibration strategies for cold start systems, using fuel heating systems in projects under your responsibility. * Support release-related activities; * Support Test Trips for ongoing projects; * Support teams in updating Calibration Guidelines; * Comply with regulations regarding vehicle pollutant emissions (PROCONVE L8 and subsequent); * Support the client in vehicle emissions homologation; **Job Information** * Workload: 8 hours per day (typically business hours, from 08:00 to 17:00); * Service location: Piracicaba, SP;
