From the simplest moments to the most special ones, we help make life tastier for many people. **Job Description** ---------------------- * Design and administer accident prevention and occupational health programs, disseminating current policies, corporate guidelines, and BRF standards, promoting a safe behavior culture. * Prepare and keep updated documentation, reports, and legal programs, controlling and ensuring the integrity of departmental records. * Monitor inspections and audits, and conduct visits to sales points, transfer sites, distribution centers, factories, and offices. * Lead incident, accident, and occupational disease investigation processes, identifying root causes/deviations, and propose actions to block or neutralize their effects, as well as prevent recurrence. * Manage occupational health and safety performance indicators, as well as action plans developed to correct deviations and non-conformities. * Conduct and perform analyses of projects to be implemented together with technical departments, recommending changes to reduce or eliminate risks of occupational accidents and diseases. * Deliver training sessions, lead meetings, committees, and working groups on the subject, contributing to spreading the occupational health and safety policy and encouraging a safe behavior culture. * Interface with leadership teams to ensure compliance with legislation and internal BRF standards. * Provide technical guidance to the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA), Emergency Brigade, and workplace safety technicians. * Work on fire and panic prevention and safety, managing and controlling emergency response routines and systems. **Education Requirements** ---------------------- * Completed higher education; * Completed bachelor’s degree in Engineering; * Postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety; * Active registration with the professional council.
