Job Summary: Responsible for the technical installation team, coordinating national and international activities while ensuring operational quality and efficiency standards. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership of technical installation teams across Brazil. 2. Coordination of national and international field technical activities. 3. Ensuring quality and efficiency standards in installations. Will be responsible for the technical installation team serving clients nationwide. Monitor installation schedules and performance indicators to ensure standardization, efficiency, and technical quality of installations performed by both in-house and third-party technicians, thereby guaranteeing operational coverage, workforce availability, and continuous professional development of the team. Acts as the liaison between engineering, operational control, and administrative management, overseeing compliance with company-defined standards, manuals, and processes. Coordinates national and international field technical activities. Ensures availability and functionality of both in-house and third-party technicians through commercial demand forecasting, capacity management, inventory control, and resource utilization via planning and scheduling tools. Guarantees service response levels where primary demands occur, operational coverage, and execution capacity for network service deployment and maintenance, achieved through management, definition, and implementation of customer service strategy aligned with the regional strategic plan. Ensures technical service quality standards through monitoring of maintenance indicators, development and definition of installation manuals in collaboration with engineering and product teams, installation methodologies, and technical audits, among other responsibilities. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Knowledge of automotive electrical systems and electrical installations. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies is desirable. Experience in managing both in-house teams and third-party service providers (supplier network).
