Today, we already have over 2,300 employees; our headquarters is in Maringá-PR, and we have more than 70 branches across Brazil. **#jointheteamtp** If you have any questions about applying for our positions, access support by clicking here: https://support-candidates.gupy.io/hc/pt-br **Responsibilities and duties** As an **SSMA Assistant** at Transpanorama, you will perform the following activities: * Conduct road safety blitzes, weekly safety talks, monthly meetings, and health, safety, and environmental prevention campaigns at the branch; * Perform vehicle inspection checklists for critical road safety items; * Provide and register PPE and collective protection equipment to operational support staff and drivers; * Monitor drivers’ completion of daily basic vehicle safety checklists; * Administer alcohol and drug tests to unit drivers during safety blitzes; * Conduct periodic safety inspections in branch areas, identifying deviations and suggesting improvements to responsible parties; * Support the responsible party in filing work accident reports (CAT) and investigating work-related accidents and illnesses, as well as producing investigation reports and occurrence analysis, along with other necessary procedures to prevent recurrence; * Monitor, when necessary, traffic and workplace accident incidents to provide support to involved employees; * Support the responsible party to ensure all drivers and operational employees have completed the trainings identified in the training matrix and other client-required trainings up to date. **Requirements and qualifications** **Basic requirements you must have:** * Experience in occupational safety; * Completed high school education; * Valid driver's license category B. **You stand out if you have:** * Technical degree in occupational safety. **Additional information** **Benefits Designed For You!** At Transpanorama, your well-being, development, and quality of life come first.
