Job Responsibilities * Monitor the company’s vehicle fleet in real time using tracking systems. * Monitor distribution routes, ensuring deadlines are met and safety is maintained. * Provide support to drivers during operations, offering guidance and solutions for unexpected situations. * Generate fleet performance reports and identify deviations or incidents. * Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to continuously improve distribution processes. * Ensure compliance with internal policies regarding safety, quality, and customer service. Requirements * Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet monitoring. * Knowledge of vehicle tracking systems and control tools. * Strong communication skills, organization, and focused attention. * Ability to work under pressure and make agile decisions. * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Logistics/Administration is desirable).
