Control and storage of supplies The restaurant seeks a Kitchen Assistant professional in Botucatu (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Assist in food preparation, including sanitation, cutting, and pre\-preparation of ingredients. Organize and sort supplies according to recipes and chef instructions. Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness, as well as utensils and equipment. Monitor kitchen food and supply inventory. Assist in receiving and storing goods. Previous experience as Assistant Cook, Kitchen Helper, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
