




Description: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or having completed a Technological Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields * Minimum 6 months of experience * Proficiency in Microsoft Office + Totvs RM (desirable) * Update employee registration records. * Support the integration of new employees. * Verify and execute time sheet closing and manually record attendance data. * Support preparation and finalization of payroll, vacation payments, dismissals, and homologations. * Assist in issuing monthly payroll reports for accounting and cost control purposes. * Manage and record employee benefits, including delivery of receipts, registrations, and verifications. * Prepare and organize documentation for labor-related proceedings, delivering it promptly as required by the Legal Department. * Update employee registration records and personnel files; also perform administrative and support tasks such as filing, employee assistance, verification and distribution of salary payment confirmations, administration and distribution of meal vouchers or meal cards, transportation vouchers, and access badges. * Stay updated on industry trends and on new tools, resources, and technologies available in the market. * Participate in internal and external training programs to enhance knowledge specific to this field. * Prepare and organize termination documentation to conduct the former employee's homologation. * Advise team leaders and supervisors regarding current labor legislation. * Prepare admission documentation for the People Management area and collect signatures during onboarding. * Submit management reports regarding absenteeism, overtime, and other related topics. 2512140202201920188
