Key Responsibilities: * Maintenance Management: Coordinate and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, HVAC, painting, and other critical assets. * Contract and manage specialized service providers for building maintenance and infrastructure. * Ensure all operations comply with technical standards, legal regulations, and occupational health and safety requirements. * Develop and control the facilities budget, pursuing energy efficiency and reduction of operational expenses. * Coordinate internal maintenance teams and outsourced technicians, promoting continuous training and development. * Implement energy efficiency practices, waste management, and sustainable solutions to reduce environmental impact. * + Monitor operational risks and implement contingency plans to ensure continuity of essential services. * Manage the team by applying HR policies, participating in recruitment, onboarding, and activity guidance. Establish effective communication and promote technical, behavioral, and health and safety training. Keep the team engaged, updated, and productive; Main Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or related fields). * Proven experience in Hard Services management (building infrastructure, technical systems, and maintenance). * Knowledge of technical standards (NRs, ABNT, ISO) and applicable legislation. * Contract management skills * + Solid experience in leadership, development, and management of multidisciplinary teams; * Valid driver’s license; * Personal vehicle (desirable).
