The **Senior Safety Technician** is responsible for **coordinating and carrying out occupational safety activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures.** Additionally, **develops accident prevention plans and conducts employee training**, aiming to promote a safe and healthy work environment. Ensures compliance with all legal requirements, promotes a safety culture, and guides the organization in mitigating occupational risks. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement HSE policies and programs. * Conduct safety inspections and audits at company facilities, identifying potential hazards and proposing corrective actions. * Develop and implement accident prevention programs, promoting employee awareness of the importance of workplace safety. * Coordinate programs such as CIPA, PCMSO, PPRA, LTCAT, and SIPAT. * Monitor field activities, guiding employees on the correct use of personal and collective protective equipment. * Investigate workplace accidents, analyzing root causes and proposing actions to prevent future incidents. * Participate in developing emergency and evacuation plans, ensuring prompt response during hazardous situations. * Conduct safety training sessions and lectures to enhance employee competence and awareness. * Maintain up\-to\-date records and documentation related to occupational safety, ensuring compliance with current legislation. * Support the preparation of safety reports and performance indicators, providing data for strategic decision\-making. * Participate in safety meetings and committees, contributing ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement of safety processes. * Develop and implement initiatives promoting health and well\-being at work, aiming to improve employee welfare. **Requirements:** * **Education:** High School \+ completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety (with active registration) * **Experience:** Minimum of 6 years in the field, with strong industrial background **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week.
