We want to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Guide employees across various imported vehicle dealerships on procedures and routines related to receiving, warehousing, and inventory control of parts—aligned with the company’s timelines and quality requirements; * Analyze system-generated reports containing statistical sales data, days-of-inventory coverage, ABC curve analysis, and other relevant metrics, using these insights to initiate procurement processes with the manufacturer—prioritizing orders based on replenishment needs and/or servicing requirements of workshops / retail counters, ensuring efficient stock supply and timely repair support for workshops / external customers; * Communicate via email with the company’s various dealerships involved in parts inventory processes to provide information and clarify daily operational queries regarding your area’s activities; * Generate management reports—using spreadsheets and presentations—to demonstrate daily operational results within your area; * Authorize inter-dealership parts transfers and arrange issuance of corresponding fiscal invoices. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) preferred; * Availability for fully in-person work. **Additional Benefits** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Totalpass. #### **Working at the largest CAOA Chery dealership network in Brazil is a unique opportunity for those seeking professional development and a successful career.
