We are looking for a detail-oriented and technical professional to join our production line. You will be responsible for operating high-tech equipment, ensuring perfect lamination of materials and guaranteeing that our quality standards exceed market expectations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform full setup of the laminator (tension, temperature, and pressure adjustments); * Monitor production flow, identifying and correcting process deviations (bubbles, wrinkles, or bonding failures); * Carry out roll changes and supply replenishment (adhesives, etc.); * Conduct quality and adhesion tests during the shift; * Complete production reports and downtime records; * Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform autonomous maintenance. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience operating laminators; * Basic knowledge of mechanics and metrology; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Full commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE. **Additional Information:** * This position includes a monthly **30% Hazard Pay** on top of the base salary.
